I just bought a new keyboard and the e wont work sometime what is the problem?

either return the keyboard or simply take a butter knife and pop out the e key and wipe with a baby wipe both the key itself and the spot where it goes good luck

Return it, it's defective. It may start happening with other keys too, eventually. The "e" is a pretty important letter. (lol)

Is it properly plugged in or is broken or something!
