because people are shallow and they cannot see deeper into people's personalitys. good question!

Part of human nature called selfishness. They want what is best for them. Some people would rather look at something more eye catching than informative. Some people would look at the more informative than eye catching. i think pretty people are most chosen either because of the person that picked them (maybe likes looking at the person, than caring what they're about)or the position they were picked for (thinking prettier people would attract more). Some of the best things in life chose people more on what they know, who their personality is, or who they know for that person already knows the traits and personality.

Whelp, if you ponder this deeply, you'll realize that for the pretty people to win, they must garner the votes of the ugly people.So why don't the ugly people choose more of their own people?
Maybe what we have here is a political majority that refuses to admit to itself!

cause ppl are shallow and they judge others way to quick i do not think it should matter what they look like on the out side it is the inside that counts ... i also believe that beautiful women can often be a pain in the butt.. we are all beautiful in our own way ...

hii i totally agree with you, its always pretty ppl for everyhting, i guess its because they never look at a persons inner beauty, always catch the persons outer beauty and dont bother about how a person is from inside, it irritates me too, i think exactly like u

Yeah, I've noticed that. I may enjoy lookin at hot women, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna kiss their ***, or cut them any more slack than I woud anybody else.

because they want whatever it is to look more appealing like in commercials a product will look better if the people are good looking
