Where is a good eating spot in Saigon?

I will be going overseas shortly and was wondering where is the best eating and spend spot there.

Vietnamese food is great and varies from region to region, however, if you would like to have southern food in a nice environment - next to Saigon river - , go to restaurant "13", located in An Phu, district 2.
There is a superb "Sushi Bar" in Le Tan Thon street.

The best eating and spend spot there is Cho BenThanh market, near Le Thanh Ton street, hundreds things for you to enjoy
