if i look at myself in the mirror and think something nice about myself,(i have confidednce issues i guess u cud say) my gaze switches to my right eye and i hear a voice say all kinds of horrible things like "dont u ever do that again" and i will know what its talkin about,any event that happened earlier(or watever it may be). i wil suddenly be hit with fear, even one time i heard the voice so loud i ran downstairs out of fear...

im goin to stop asking questions here as well because all the answers i get is "see a therapist"...

firstly, i live in jamaica and there are no psychiatric places i can go to..because its a bit too much money for me to handle.

secondly, i want YOUR opinions, i dont want instructions.

Sounds a little like a guilty conscience to me.. Did you do something so wrong that it might be causing this or would it more likely be a mental disorder?

Either way seek help..counseling or medication before it consumes your sole and makes ya go nuts..

I would suggest to talk with somebody about that, professionally, it could be numerous reasons for that, an expert would now more, and maybe you will be relieved that maybe our mind has a lot things subconsciously, than we are not aware of it
