Check with your local cable company. I always see little teeny stores and restaurants advertising on cable and their ads often drop into the middle of very desirable prime time shows (since cable company has the right to insert their own ads in addition to the national ads).
Another idea is to get in touch with the companies that do the mailings of coupons to get your ad into their pack of coupons that arrive in the mail.
One last idea is to get in touch with Restaurant Rewards Network (http://www.rewardsnetwork.com/). They are on net and they supervise this program that is tied into rebates tied into credit card use. You set some kind of percentage rebate for your choice of amount and visit-days. Customers who are signed up with Restaurant Rewards get that rebate when they show up and use their credit cards. The Rewards company does a lot of advertising showing restaurant maps, menus, and discounts and lets people search by cuisine and area.

go to apartment buildings and see about them putting your coupons into welcoming packats for new people, trade with other businesses like have coupons for them sitting on your counter and they can put coupons for you on theirs. If I knew for sure what your business was I might could help more. A family member just opened up a resturant and I've been listening to what they have been doing for advertising.
