everyone hates "emos". I mean we're people too and we don't all write sad poems/stories, cut and worship satan. Most of us are really nice happy kids. Please if you hate them please do tell me why.

I didn't know anyone hated you. I don't. I also don't know much about Emos, but from what I do know, it seems to be a healthy way for young people to form a subculture over which they share a meaningful degree of self-determination, and if so, I applaud you for that.

emos are a group of people...so when other people judge or "hate" emos, it the group itself, not the individuals within the groups..the majority are punks that dress like fags and listen to screaming they call music...I have friends that are emos and one of them is a leader singer of a emo band...but I still laugh at the emo culture. Don't take it personally because alot of them are really cool people.

I don't exactly hate emos, I just don't understand it. To me, it's just a word that kids use as a label in order to get attention. Why can't kids just be kids anymore?

I HATE EMOS!!! they hate the world and think everyone wants to make fun of them... if they are happy kids .. Dress like ahppy kids dressing like you want to die ... will get reactions that u dont like!!! so dont be emo ... thank you

People don't like people who aren't like them, and it isn't really that people don't like emos its more like immature kids don't like emos, most adults just feel scared or worried about emos, since the stereotype emplys dangerous self-damage. But in all most just don't like people that aren't like them, its the world, its stupid, and god I wish youth were more mature and accepting
