Hi, I'm a man who loves wearing Bras, Panties and Half Slips! Is this so bad? Why should only women enjoy wearing such silky things against their skin?

Is it just silk that you like? Or is it the idea of wearing feminine things? Both?
Because society is so stubborn, it is not accepted in the least. You could try a sex-change operation, if you like.
As a woman, I feel like I'm very lucky to be able to wear these things, so in a way, I understand. It's like a private club.
If you're single, you can still go into a Victoria's Secret alone. You honestly won't turn any heads, really. No one minds.
When you're alone, you can put on the things.
But like I said, if you want to wear them all the time, get a sex-change operation. :)

If its something that you like to wear than wear it...whos to tell you what you can or cant wear?just dont wear to the point that you just look a big mess!

Yeah, thats a little problem. You might want to consider facing the fact that you are gay or you might want to start wearing undershirts to resist temptation.
