If I have little or nothing new to add, then I wouldn't. There's no point...
It's like when someone asks for the lyrics to some song, and 10 people go and post the same answer.... Pretty useless :P

Not if I'm saying the same thing everyone else has. Sometimes, I'll answer a question and while I'm answering someone puts the same thing I'm writing. Then, I go back and delete it, unless I'm lazy.
