I have tryed OE, and all local junk yards with no luck. Need the crossmember over the fuel tank front location. It also has the center support bearing bolted to it.

I don't know where you live "have you tried a place called YEAR ONE AUTO in ARIZONA " THEY ADVERTISE IN [ HEMMINGS MOTOR NEWS a catalog -filled with vehicles for sale and listings in the back for all the junk yards with hard to find parts for almost anything ] . An alternate choice would be to make one out of an I - beam as long as the frame is wide and bolt it to sit inside the frame on both sides (C-CHANNEL TO C-CHANNEL) [narrow edge bottom of beam to frame inside bottom of couse ] you then can mount your bearing support to it . You can cut the I - beam if needed to fit for the tank (cut out area in the flat section of the beam draw the top and bottom together and reweld to keep support web of beam at each end in frame stays the same you are making an arched area for the tank only if necessary of course.
This works I did it on a 85 gmc 4x4 tow truck it should work for you.
you can buy the steel from almost any steel company that handles I-beams or a place that recycles steel from demolition sites (much cheaper this way) if you have the old one you can use it for a guide in general ( not that hard to do this ) .But try YEAR ONE AUTO in ARIZONA first .
