I would say a sunset
I think of sunsets whenever I think of love..
walking into one holding someone's hand, looking at a sunset while leaning on his shoulder...its just so beautiful, and it makes me think of all the days that I'll have with my special someone :)
but if it had to be one of the ones you suggested,
id say a rose
nothing is more beautiful and symbolic than a rose.
