Put as much positive energy into the world as you can. You may never know the legacy you leave behind by doing so, but if you leave this world having done more good than harm, you can be proud of your accomplishment.

THINK BIG would be the first rule. The second would be not to give up. The best thing would be to try to change how people think about a certain situation: to make them oppose war in any/all forms, for example, or to try to understand that what we do now affects others later.

Simply "give" without expecting anything in return and do so continually.
My "secret" is practised by my volunteering in many such local programs. Americas Promise is one that I routinely donate my time.
