Well of course your can - especially if you are offering some specialist service.

However all Employers I know expect you to apply to them (eg. visit their web site) when you a looking for a job.

Employers who need specialist staff, and receive no applications direct, go to an Agency.

So I suggest you register your details with relevant Agencies.
