Right i have a Moto l6 and i have just done the exact fing myself and i did it to my Mum's fone. now what u need to do is got to www.modmymoto.com register an acount whick takes second and then go to downloads-software-windows and then download RSD lite after that go back to downloads and go to phones files you will then be given a list of fones select the v3 it will then take you to another list of options where u will need to select monster packs in there you will find different Monster packs for ur phones which will completly change the look of ur razr i did it to my l6 and i love it. However if u do not want to be that dramatic then got to hellomoto.co.uk then to software update and download the program when its finished open it up and connect ur phone and then follow the onscreen prompts hope this helps mate

You can do this by "flashing" your phone to better firmware. There are TONS of sites on the internet about modding the Razr V3. Try asking in the Motorola forum here: http://www.cellphoner.net/motorola and they will be able to give you the best firmware to put onto your phone.
