Setting some political propaganda garbage aside, it is a very serious and educational documentary. But I do not think it would get an Oscar because it just lacks purely artistic elements, never mind the leftist or the conservative crowd in Hollywood.

That's right. The 90% of the world's scientists, the US enivronmental protection agency, and the entire United Nations, as well as the nobel peace price committee are idiots. There's no evidence that says humans are causing gobal warming. I'm sure you, with you're Phd in environmental science and years of scientific study can disprove everything he says.
