Bonded is a type of insurance, or a special qualification to do a certain job. The type of job you are looking at required that a person has gone through a special type of police training and has obtained certification from that agency.

I believe "bondable" means you must be able to put money up in case of you incurring a legal or monetary obligation due to your negilence. The "commission" is obtainable from the legal capacity (city, county, or state) where the job will be located and you have to apply for it.

I would guess that if you qualify for a state/county law enforcement job, then you would qualify for that position. That means you have reputable pasts, good intentions and an honest, reliable personality. Good luck, my husband applied for a police officer.......

Above all means bad English. The main rule for good writing is good communication and if you fail to put in writing what are you intentions then you have failed.

However, it seems to me that it means you need to have good people's skills, be willing to train and have what it takes to e accepted by the commission
