Erasers for pencils and pens are usually made out of rubber, real or chemical based.
Erasers made for blackboards are usually made out of cloth or one type or another.
I would guess that some erasers made for special purposes, like wallpaper cleaners have some animal fat in them, but I would not swear to it.

Hi Volleyball, What a strange question!!! I really don't think so. I can't see erasing the chalk board with part of an amimal. That would be really gross. A Friend.

No, they're made of rubber, which is made of chemicals and in some cases a sap of some tree.
No animals.
