Your panties will probably be a medium. I wear small to medium based on the manufacturer because I have a 29 inch waist.
As for bra size. That depends on your bust size, the area around your chest. Also depends if you have breastforms, as well.

Mediums or smalls (depends on the manufacturer.. been there done that) Bra? well that would depend on your chest size and what yer using to 'stuff" if its SML.. go with the M.. if its in inches? maybe a 34-36 B?

For panties, go for something in a medium. As for the brasier, you need to measure your chest width.
