The best product in the world for clearing a dirty tank is a 25% water change every week and a good filter hanging on the back. Seriously, most of those chemicals for clearing a tank do more harm than good. Stick with a decent water change on a regular basis and it will clear right up and stay that way.

You can dump all the chemicals in the tank you want, but it will always become cloudy again because by using them you aren't dealing with the problem, your just masking it temporarily. The fish store will be happy that you keep showing up to buy these consumables, but it's certainly not the right way to go about it.
If the tank is newly set up, cloudy bacterial bloom is normal. The best thing to do is leave it alone and let it clear up on its own.
If you have a habit of cleaning out the filter completely, this will result in cycle interruption and ultimately lead to bacterial bloom as if it were a new tank.
Does the tank have a decent filter on it in the first place?
If you feed too much the decaying uneaten food will do an excellent job of clouding the water. Make sure all the food is eaten, and remember that fish don't need to be stuffed to the gills with food.

First make sure your tank isn't cycling, because if it is, you can just wait it out and do small partial changes every couple days. Other than that Crystal Clear is a red liquid that works great, they sell it at Petsmart

You need to change the water more often, stop over feeding and/or buy a better filter.

There is a product called Crystal Clear. It's a small bottle of red liquid. That stuff works pretty well. It wont work immedietly but it should clear up your tank. *BTW from my experience, petsmart is more helpful and I know they have that product there*

just buy a filter for the tank and get some sucker fish to keep it clean. You only need to clean it 2 times a year if you do that.
