I think assuming they both enter it will be a race between Kevin Durant and Greg Oden, who will be the top picks in a very ritch draft.
However if neither Durant or Oden delcare, then Joakim Noah should be the number 1 pick.

However assuming they all declare, i'm going Oden over Durant unless the longhorns win the tournament, and then i'm going with Durant.

Noah probably can't make a case for number 1, even if Florida wins the title again. But if they do, he will be the number 3 hands down.

Greg Oden will be if he comes out. If not then it's a toss up between Durant or Noah; if nither of them come out then I would go with Tucker from Wisconsin.
