I personally think that an awesome gift for a 17 y/o would be a gift card to the movies...This would be awesome in reference to him turning 17...which now he can see Rated "R" movies... It would be cool to get him a gift card for the movies, with an amount that he could take him and his friends out for an awesome movie... Just a suggestion...hope it works!
