I would like to know if I break my lease due to the Property of my ex-landlord being sold to someone else will this cause a problem for me. I can't seem to locate this information anywhere. I don't want any problems from my new landlord. The property has been sold under my current lease agreement.

Once the property transfers hand the new landlord should contact you about your current lease but he may just wait until it's ready to expire. You can't break it just because they sold the property.

It all depends if the new owner, if new owner decides to keep property as a rental, new owner has the option of contuning with your old lease, or start a new one. You have flexability if its a new lease, if not then you'll have to wait until your old lease expiers
