It's confusing, when I find websites that teach this, I don't understand what I'm suppose to do.

Well first of all you have to know how to use the process of elimination because the goal is to fill in numbers 1 to 9 in each row, column and box. Try some easier sudokus first.

You need to write the numbers 1-9 in every column, row and 3 by 3 box using the rules of logic to figure out what numbers go where.

You try to make sure that in all cubes, rows, and columns that no number between 1 and 9 is repeated. Try to eliminate all possible numbers of each square.
