I was wondering what age you got your period and if you knew it was coming soon... if you did, why?

I was 12 but had no idea. I was at summer camp and it could not have happened at a worse time. Im not sure that you will be able to tell its coming but the best thing to do is have the necessary equipment for when it does. Theres nothing worse than not having the necessary stuff.

You can get ur period from the ages 8-20. It really depends on the person and i knew i was getting it cause i had cramps for about a second and they went away. The next day my period was on

I started on my thirteenth birthday. All my friends had gone home, it was a hot day and I got really tired and then I had severe cramps. My dad gave me the heating pad and some pamprin, I knew about periods but I had no idea what to expect from the cramps. I never had cramps after that.

I was eleven, I already knew what a period was (youngest out of four girls) though it still came as a surprise. I was at home, my stomach started to cramp, I threw up, when I opened the bathroom door my oldest sister was already bringing me some pads and Tylenol.

I was 12. My moods changed but I dont think I knew what was gonna happen. My mom did tell me about it and everything, I guess I was ready just knowing what was gonna happen to my body soon.

i was about 12 when i got my period for the first time...i knew it was coming because i noticed i had cramps and i was very angry a few days before there was also some clear fliud which is very normal......i also had every other sign of becoming a women.......

I was 11 almost 12 ( about 2 weeks till my birthday) I had no idea it was coming i just was going to the bathroom and realized i had it, and i told my mom and she told me what to do and that was that.

I was 10 and I did not know it was coming. I just woke up a morning one week before school and went to pee in the morning and saw blood in the toilet after I was finished.

hi i stated periods when i was 11years old a couple of days before i came on i used to get really pains in my stomach and was really stressed out lol hope this helps hun x
