My dear friend Kieth was an avid artist who had planned to build an art project but was unable to even start it, as he was diagnosed with lymphoma, and passed in less than 6 months.

He has left me all the tools and supplies for this project, but I am not an artist.

Included is over 18,000,000 new ice cream sticks, glue, and alot of thumbtacks (about 46,000)

What in the world can I do, beside recycle this stuff?

Is trhere a clearing-place for such objects? I'm clueless.

you know you could just get creative and build something, art does not have to be something in general. if he gave you that stuff i probly means that he wanted you to do something with it in an art form

Make some quick dough LEGALLY. Put a small ad in your local paper telling the reader that you will commission an artist to build something with the materials you have. Treat it like employment. Get several resumes and check credentials and background checks---you don't want to be left with an unfinished project. Make a deal. If the object sells, you each get half of the profits from sales. The ad could read like this:
"WANTED SCULPTOR to build something from nothing. Commissioned, resume required with references. Call (your number and time(s) specified)."

I would contact an art school and donate to them. It could also be a tax write off

I would start contacting all your schools...see if their art programs could benefit from this gift. Good luck.
