I would suggest for you to get a PhD in Psychology. You can work in the Human Services or Human Resources fields while you are working on your degree.

If you want to be a clinical psychologist, I would think that you would need a masters in psychology, and preferably a PhD. Human services majors are more likely to be counselors or coordinators of community agencies than actual psychologists. But the best way to find out is to ask the head of these departments at the college of your choice.

I'd continue in Psychology, and go for the Ph.D if you want to be a clinical psychologist. On the masters level, you might try counseling or communication studies(research, not like broadcast journalism)...Human services/management is more for people who want to go into the business world, not exactly clinical psychology-like...

Industrial Psych is a great Masters Program. I have several friends that got that degree and they all ended up being very successful.

You're going to want to get a PhD to be competitive in that field.
