Me and my girlfriend used to have so much fun together but, the other night we were at dinner with some of my buddies and they were breaking my balls (joking with me). And when we left, i took it all out on her. Then she wouldnt talk to me, and i tried so hard to tell her i was sorry for yelling at her. Then it was about 4 hours later, i told her i would never do that again. And that all she had to do was believe me and everything would be perfect like before. I found out she told my buddy that her feelings for me arn't as strong as they were. I just don't understand why after one mistake messes everything up. She told me she needed her space but how much space is enough? All i want is for things to go back to how they were and i need help. I care about her so much i don't know what to do. What can i do? How do i get my girlfriend to come back to me??? thanks

You don't. She will come back if she wants, not if you want

You made a mistake and you have to take responsibility for your actions. That's what my Dad always says. She'll come back if she's ready and giving her space also means not worrying about her. Go and think about what you've done and after about 2 weeks tell her what you thought about. I think your small mistake has just confirmed all her doubts but don't worry... girls change their minds often. Good luck. xx

I'm sorry that you're going through this but it wasn't right for you to take it out on your girlfriend. When did she tell your friend that? If it was before the incident, something was wrong way before that. If it was afterward, you might be able save y'all relationship. Give her what she needs, space, and hopefully she'll come back around. Wish you the best.

One little thing wouldn't make her feel this way. Chances are that she's wanted some space for awhile, but hasn't known how to tell you.
If you want her back, be a little more mature... don't beg her, but show her that you love and respect her. Send her two dozen roses with a handwritten list of all of the things you love about her.

She has to make that decision on her own. And if her feelings arent as strong as before, it is probably not just one thing, trust me I know, been there in her position. What you need to do is talk to her and see whats going on, what changed, how she is feeling, see if she wants to work it out, what you need to work on, what she needs to work on. Relationships aren't a one person job, you both got to work on it together.

same as Kayleigh.
She will come back if she feels the same. You can't make someone have feelings.
Just have a break.
