this guy looks like the real deal. I believe KC will once again rise from the ashes and be a contender one day. Your thoughts?

I know KC wont be contenders THIS year, but I do know they will be one day. Dayton Moore is turning that club around, and laugh at me now if you want. But I know KC will be a good solid team in a few years. True Blue...keep the faith!!!

Damn straight we're excited! Not just about Gordon either, who we all hope is the next George Brett, but about many things. We've finally got a general manager who is absolutely devoted to turning our Royals around, hopefully with consistent pitching, by all means possible. I don't care who thinks what we paid Meche is absurd, with a small market team looking to turn the tide that's the kind of deal that it takes to get things started. Zack Greinke is back and excited about baseball again, and we're excited he's back. Our captain, Mike Sweeney, will strictly be our DH and that brings high hopes of him staying off the DL for once in a long long time. Our whole pitching staff has been revamped, and even though there's still many questions, the talent pool is better than we've had in 15 years. Our farm system, which has always produced, seems to have even a few more gems other than just Alex Gordon up it's sleeve. Major stadium renovations are in the works for next year which will bring the All-Star Game back to KC in the near future. All in all, hell yeah we're excited here in Kansas City! This is a great city with great fans and the rest of baseball better take note to the all-mighty AL Central.

Patience is a word KC fans learned a long time ago. They won't be able to turn it around in a year. Give it time and they'll be back in the right direction I think they can do it in 2-3 seasons.

Hopefully, Alex Gordon will be a player to be reckoned with. And hopefully Kansas City doesn't give this guy up like they did with Damon, Dye, and Beltran. Mike Sweeney is my favorite player in the MLB and he certainly needs a star teammate...because quite frankly, he can't bring KC all by himself.

i like this guy a lot...he can def. do things on the offense...but the pitching this year has to be consistent to help them truly rise from the ashes...that has been a huge problem over the past few (and by few I mean many) years. This kid can do damage though, and damn am I excited to see him play in the bigs.

Who knows, the Detroit tigers had an excellent season last year after being so awful the years before.

definitely, it rather is an engaging question. of direction, there at the instant are no states that permit marriage between siblings. even nonetheless, 'cousin marriage' (the subsequent superb subject) is against the regulation in Missouri and Kansas, yet criminal in long island.

He is definitely the real deal, I can't wait until they develop him and lose him in free agency to the Cardinals.... or trade him to the Angels for the rights of the next born child of Bob Boone.
