Does anyone know where i can rent a ballroom/party room near Chestertown, Maryland?

I was planning a vampire themed party for my 14th birthday and my friends and i got carried away and are now trying to plan a mascarade ball type party with every one wearing like ball gowns and those masks. and a ton of dancing and food. the only problem is i don't know where i can throw the party so i'm trying to find a place that rents out party rooms for less than $300. also, if you know any places that sells those masks that would be great.

try looking up different hotels, like the ones they use for prom near the baltimore/inner harbor area.
