The line in the chorus Throw Some D's on That B---- refers to installing dubs or big wheels/rims on a car. In his case - a cadillac. A re-mix has been done by Kanye West and in his version - he is talking about the size of a women's breasts.....Go figure.....right now, it is one of the most popular songs on the radio, hitting number four the first week out......

D's as in dubs. Which is rims or a very expensive part of the tire that is made of chrome and goes where the hub-cap goes and is alot larger.
