What do you like to be called? Baby? Sugar? Honey? Peaches? Sweet cheeks? Sugar plum? Babycakes? Honey baby? Something else?

I don't really like them because they are usually followed with a request or statement that I don't like. For example, no man says "Baby Cakes, dinner was awesome tonight". He says "Baby Cakes, can I go golfing with the guys and out for drinks after".

I'm not that fund of nicknames but if that's how you choose to express your affection for my, that's cool. Baby & honey are fine just as long as you don't go into that honey bunch, sweet pie, and things like that.
