Hello.
I am curious about something.
I often masturbate, and when I first started, the feeling was really good.
After a year, the feeling was going down, and I feel that not all of the sperm is released. I believe that it gets stuck in the pathway, which couldexplain why I sometimes have a hard time urinating.

Is this case, and how can I fix it?
