I have gotten kicked in the groin various times. Martial arts. Best you can do is breath and walk it off. try controlling the pain and not be overwhelm by it. Hopefully it will pass quickly Getting hit in the groin is a definite show stopper.

I'd be irritated, and kick the guy (if it was a guy) in his groin even harder. If he's lucky, I wouldn't be wearing pointy toe shoes.
