Autoing is against runescape rules. They have software as well to detect people that are using auto software, and also if other players attempt to talk to you and you do not respond for long periods of time but continue to fish, mine, cut, in a very robotic way, they will report you and your account will likely be frozen.

There is (it's called an autowcer), but the use of such downloads is against the rules and will get you banned.
