My younger sister is about to have a baby. She's 19 and im sure a bit nervous she asked me to get her a book on pregnancy and babies. I don't have any children of my own yet so i wouldn't know where to start. I need something that is not only informative but something is fun and will keep her attention. I think she would get bored with dry facts. thanks

Your Pregnancy: Week by Week by Dr. Glade B Curtis (detailed weekly pics and need to know info by an OB doctor, my favorite of all my books)
What to Expect when You're Expecting (General Info, but not too informative, easy to read and covers many topics)
Belly Laughs by Jenny McCarthy (very humorous and easy to read book!)

I'm 19 and find many pregnancy/baby books interesting, go to your local library there should be plenty at a bookstore also! I def don't get bored with it, I HATE READING, but when it comes to this I read it, because its interesting to know about your child and pregnancy. like the lady above me said"what to expect when your expecting" I read some of that before also. It's good information

What to Expect When You're Expecting is a good one. It has a lot of frequently asked questions, so it'll help her to not be so nervous. And Belly Laughs by Jenny McCarthy is funny. It tells all about what she went through when she was pregnant, so we know that we're not alone in all the weird things going on with our bodies.

What to expect when you're expecting.
It's like a pregnancy bible.
You can buy it at every single book store and even Walmart.
Buy it.
