04-05 KFX and RMZ's are the same. The Kawi got improved while the Zuki stayed the same as before. If I had to buy brand new, I'd get one with an aluminum frame, or at least hold out until fuel injection was here...

Depends what colour you prefer. Suzuki RMZ250 is made by Kawasaki Heavy Industries, same as KX250F ( check frame plate on steering head)

Being Suz won the championship last year, RM250 all the way! If you are looking for a 2007, cost is not an issue? If it is, look for the 2006 Rm250. I purchased one in August and saved $900, and they tossed in gloves and a jersey! Get a pipe for $350 and you'll dust off either the Kawi or the suz 2007 anyhow! Hope this'll help. Good Luck and Go Get DIRTY!!!

Sorry, 1crazypj, Kawasaki and Suzuki split after only 1 year. They are far from the same bikes. As far as which is better, read the magazines and see which one may fit your style better. You can't rely on Supercross and Motocross results to guide your choices. Those bikes are so far removed from showroom bikes, it's almost a lie. Talk to the salesman and see if they have any deals involved with either machine. Good luck, ride safe.

Better means different things to different people. Both are competitive bikes. Go pick up Dirtbike, Motocross Action, etc. and read the tests. Generally there is no hands down winner. One may corner better while the other has better suspension or power. Read the review and decide which aspects are most important to you.
