Depends on the individual. Not all girls are weaklings you know. If guys are so tough why are they afraid of a little bit of pain? Ask yourself if you are tough, get your girlfriend or sister to epilate a little bit of your leg. Believe me its more painful than waxing. Like you said, most guys probably wont hit the girls so I think the girls would win.
