It really depends from person to person. I can't really group all of them as one. I have met some that are really nice, normal people, others weird, some jacked up. I guess it really depends on the individual rather than the ethnicity.

The men seem really really shy and reserved. The ones here where I live seem to go around in packs like they are not confident going out alone. The men are very shy around women. I think they spend more time on getting educated and getting jobs, they dont seem to spend time developing social skills.
They are very very polite though.

It really just depends on the person...some are amazing and fun to be around and others are not as pleasant :[

well i only kno a few but the ones i know are either: very nice, very happy, sometimes nosy, very friendly, generally good looking
