***UPDATE*** Found it!! It's called "Shawty" *****
I heard it too!! it is usher... the radio stations in dallas are playing it, but they aren't posting the song on their playlists!! which probably means they aren't supposed to be playing it. i can't find it on limewire (not that I was lookin). I know some of the words are "ooh shorty... cause I like the way you move." good luck!!
