haha. They both basically mean 'unable to be believed', but incredulous means it more like someone isn't likely to be believed because they lie a lot or their story is just out there. Incredible has a better connotation, it means that something is so extraordinary it's seems impossible. So in short the difference is in the connotation and the usage, not necessarily the definition.
