If the GOP could impeach Clinton over a sexual transgression, we should be able to impeach the president for arrogance, contempt of the public and congress, lying to lead us into a war and general neglect of office.

Don't change history when comparing Bush to Clinton. He was not impeached for a relationship with Monica, he was impeached for telling lies under oath and obstruction of justice. Huge difference there that most people try to casually forget or do not have the information correct.
Until someone can prove that Bush lied on purpose, then any impeachment is just a waste of time.
