Last night my two 15 year old cousins were drinking and they got drunk. My parents didn't know though because they were drunk too. I had a little bit of they drink. But, I'm afraid to tell because I drank some too. But, I didn't like how they were drinking. What should I do?

I'd let it lie. 15 is about the right age to get drunk for the first time in my opinion.

I am 42 now.... where's the wine?

Seriously - this is NOT your problem. Don't let it get to you. The parents were there - drunk or not. do not feel guilty - do not feel that anyone will be upset whatever you say. Feel glad that you weren't sick and enjoy being holier than the others.

My guess is that everyone knows that they all had too much to drink. What they don't know is that you were sober! :) After a night like that, it's generally the done thing to not mention the minor misdemeanours.

Next time they're drinking, don't drink and if they act the same than tell them they need to stop or that they're acting stupid and are underage.

You should tell your parents you were drinking last night but realize it's wrong and won't do it again unless you have their permission or are old enough to drink legally.
Your parents will respect your honesty and if you'd like you could always throw in that you didn't like the way the others were acting when drunk so that has helped in your decision.

Kids will be kids obviously. No they shouldnt be drinking but punishing them might make them do it more. Tell them you were worried because they over did it. As long as no one was driving or getting into a car were someone was driving drunk. But if you feel that they over did it or it happens a lot then say something. Listen to your heart. If you feel they have a problem then say something.

you should talk to your parents about this, talking about it would be the responsible thing to do. i can see how you would be afraid to say anything because you had a drink too, but from what it sounds like you were the responsible one not getting drunk

Not be a taddle tale! Your parents were drunk so its ovious that they were being irresponsiable, you was drinking yourself so you arnt doing any better. Im not saying kids should drink at 15 but I can tell you I did. Let them live there life as long as you dont see them using it irresponsiable. If you feel that they are drinking and driving or consuming too much then say something directly to your cousins, and then at the last results say something to their parents.

Kids will experiment, let them live and learn and quit being so damn up tight!

BE YOURSELF be your own role model. just because your cousins were drinking and your parents were doesnt mean you have to. instead sit back and watch and see what kind of idiots they turn into when they are drinking take pictures and laugh at them not with them BE A LEADER NOT A FOLLOWER

This is something you should be open and honest with your parents about. Try talking to them. Are your parents ofter drunk while they are supposed to be looking after children? You may need to talk to someone about getting your parents some help. If your parents aren't willing to deal with the situation maybe you should talk to the parents of your cousins.

aYou should let mom and dad know. Even if you get heck for drinking abit too. I bet they think it is cool to drink abit. But they are way under age..and drinking can really cause damage. Especially at that young age. Better to let [parents know what is happening, then to parents find out by having to go to hospital because the cousins have alchol poising!

let it go. Do not be the type that tells on people. And you had stuff to drink to so your not in the position to tell on them. And 15 isnt that early to start drinking, its fine. i would just drop it.

Don't tell your parents, but talk to your cousins and let
them know how you feel about them getting drunk. There
should be a limit.
