In seattle there are a few, actually there's a butt load of them. Good food in seattle is so easy to find. Restaurant Zoe is awesome. Great seafood there. Also mccormick and schimidt is good and El Gaucho is good. All of these are high price type eatery. For good mexican check out Bimbo's Bitching Burritos on capital hill. Hope that helps a bit.

Santa Fe Cafe on Greenwood Ave - is really good. It's run by a Lesbian couple, and it's authentic Santa Fe. Toklas would approve.

Seattle doesn't have great restaurants, in general. The people there don't like too many spices and flavors...For example, you can't get really good Mexican...they lace that it is "Family Mexican," because there is an inherent WonderBread quality to the people in King County. And it gets much worse once you step out.

However, some guy from NYC has a great Chili stand near the Fish Market...it's really good. That's irony.

The Metropolitan Grill's a favourite. Ipanema Brazilian Grill (at Harbor Steps) is reliable - astounding provider, the foodstuff is proficient for your table, it really is unique (a lot of it really is, besides), delicious and also you may try all kinds of diverse sorts. notwithstanding you should in effortless words pick this in case you actually celebrate with meat. That said, the ambience is awesome and intimate . . . nicely, reckoning on the way you sense about having human beings frame of mind your table with foodstuff. So there is that. The Melting Pot is gorgeous, you're paying extra for the adventure than the foodstuff, yet what an journey it really is! I went there for an anniversary dinner once, and jointly with tip and valet parking, it became about $2 hundred. That said, have thrilling, and that i wish you locate someplace reliable!

Pike Place Bar and Grille. As you go down, just as you enter the fruit stands. There is also a good Pan Asian Pacific style restaurant close to Pike Place. I think it's called the Tiki Lounge.

Really, I like a couple on first street across from the key. I don't know the name to either but one is just about directly across from the key, burgers sandwiches and drinks, and if you like Mexican i like, just down the street....kinda south from there is a little Mexican joint that has been very good the times that i have been there.
