Um, I think you have this a little wrong as far as the "eating" part. Maybe you should ask your mother about this. Not sure how old you are, but it's one of Madonna's shock value comments. Leave it at that.

Ummmm ... she is NOT talking about restaurants. To try to keep things somewhat decent, let's just say she's referring to another person's mouth being applied to a specifc location a few inches directly below her navel and leave it at that.
