I was thinking you all could quit or take a leave of absence and go over there at your own expense. You could maybe get into Iraq through Kurdistan. If this war is important to our national security, you shouldn't be sitting over here. Form voluntary militias.

Great question! When else in American history has the government actually REDUCED taxes during war time? NEVER is the answer.

The American people have not been asked to make any sacrifices. The only ones who are sacrifices are the families of those who are serving in combat.

I spent 22 years in the military & would go back in a heart beat & go to Iraq but they cant use a 63 year old. I still am a expert marksmen & I remember my special Forces training.

I think we could cut the costs down if we took the contractors out. Haliburton has almost as many people over there as we have soldiers. They get more money and protection though. Wish we could give that to our guys so they could make it back in one piece. Too bad all these wars are over cash and not values.

Oh I get it............unless you're willing to quit your job and ask to serve on the front lines in Iraq or Afghanistan, then you're not allowed to support your president or your country. Right? Interesting theory. Funny how bashing your president and speaking out against the war doesn't require you to do a damn thing!

First, time and money to encourage those who are anti war to join the army and go to Iraq to find out themselves why we are there! Then when they need more helps, we will give more fund and join the reinforcement to help them eliminate the terrorists!
