I know for a fact I do. I think it is a subconcious for some and for others not so much. I do it subconciously til I realize how perverted I really am. But I do try to at least keep it to a minimum since it is really hard to be perfect. And I kinda like being respectable.
EDIT: It seems like I am the only GUY with a reasonable Answer.

If I'm licking anything..hot dog, ice lolly..whatever..there have occasionally been someone with a wandering 'eye'. Probably the pervert is enjoying the view.
