Please help I have no idea what I am doing?
I am going to my boyfriends grandparents house tommorow and I have no idea what to wear or how to do my makeup. I want to look mature and subtle. not trashy. I want to make a good impression. any ideas.

Daniella, just be yourself. Take a deep breath - ok. Your boyfriend must thank you are a very special person to take you to meet them. They will like you - I know it can be stressfull.

1. How do you wear your hair now? How does your boyfriend like it? You don't have to make BIG changes in your sytle, dress.

Just wear what you would on a date with your boyfriend. Jeans and a Sweater. Top & slacks - something confortable. Make sure it is not a top that is very short and shows alot of skin.

Makeup - a light foundation and powder on the top - no need for alot of eye makeup - lipstick - go natural. The natural look is in, and I am sure you do not need alot of it. If you have body pearcings, you may want to take them out (ok).

Have FUN and enjoy meeting them.

Grandparents are old fashioned.

Personally, I'd wear nice clothes but I'd keep it as casual as you can. I would wear nice pair of jeans with a sweater or nice top would work. But make sure it's something you feel comfortable wearing. And of course, low tops are definitely out of the question if you want to achieve the mature and subtle look.

And I'd also keep the make-up light. My Grandma is always nagging on me about too much eyeliner. And as far as you hair goes, I say do whatever you feel comfortable with, but maybe nothing drastic.

Just be yourself. no one wants a fake personality! but still try to make a good first impression. try rosy blush and no -color lip gloss if you want to look young and innocent paired up with nice jeans and a pretty blouse. mascara , sultry brown eye shadow and dark-colored lipstick for a mysterious look paired with dressy black pants and a black blazer. Mature and subtle personality hmmmmmmm not too little but not to much make-up, no skirts/ dresses above the knees, no cleavage showing, and do your hair in a nice ponytail / bun. no side pony- tails( those are so 6 year oldish). Dress classy but casually and be yourself. If it isnt a fancy party then you can probably just wear your hair up. Im sure you probably dont over do it on the make up most girls dont. so just do as usual or even just try for a natural look.

I would wear dress pants and a nice blouse. Wear your makeup light, dont over do it as that can make you lok like a scank. You might want to bring them flowers as well.
