Well when I shop I look for clearance items at American Eagle or Hollister or somewhere. Maybe even Gap! That way I get cool clothes for like half the price. Styles change very slowly at my school!!! The clearance items are usually in the back of the stores and are in piles but the quality of the clothes are still good.

Cheap clothes in fashion? Well you could try going for imitations. Like you can get gorgeous fake Louboutin heels for a fraction of the price and also Next are great for cheap but classy looking clothes.

Forever 21 has really cute clothes but they aren't well made. Wet Seal has good clothes some time but it's really hit and miss there. Forever 21 and Wet Seal both have really good prices.
My favorite store is American Eagle. They have reasonably priced clothing but their sales are really good.
I also love the juniors department at Target!

depending on where you live, I love Zara. They have a website , but unfortunatly you cant order onlie, they do have good links to other stores as well. Ebay is nice as well.

i like to go to Marshalls and TJ Maxx you can find brand names for a really great price.I have found Juicy Couture,hollister, AE,Lacoste, all the urban brands (like g-unit or rocawear), and designer handbags like Dooney & Bourke,my friend even found Versace jeans the only downside to these stores is that there kind of hit or miss but its worth it to check.

tj maxx is great, i would recommend them over plato's closet, tj maxx isn't that much more expensive I don't think, and the clothes are brand new. I don't know if you would call them "cheap" but they are reasonably priced

i agree with her Forever 21 for sure um lets see where else um Wetseal,Macy's,Ann Taylor,Tillys,those little fashion department stores, and Kohls
