What's the difference between Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum, and cologne?

Eau de Toilette has a softer scent, as Eau de Parfum is stronger and more concentrated.

Perfume is very concentrated and only requires a dab. The others are softer and can be sprayed.

I guess the smells are slightly different.
