Since you are looking for free or cheap animals I hope you have the money to get vaccinations buy food and take the animals to the vet when needed. Farm animals need a lot of care also.

you can go to craigslist.com
they have local animals for very cheep some of them are preowned and the owner can not take care of them that is where i got my hamester and cage
some time the people will add free stuff like food, toys ur shipping and stuff like that
