If you look at his face as they go into the motel you can see that Mohinder's face changes after Sylar says that he is so happy that he was found... or whatever. So i think he heard something that was on that tape of Mohinder's Dad and Sylar but i have to go back and make sure.

Yes, he is starting to suspect Sylar. He is having the same headaches that Dale said she was having when her powers manifested. Now that Dale's dead, Sylar/Zane is having those headaches. He also wouldn't let Mohinder call the police after they discovered Dale's body. The look on Mohinder's face as they drove away clearly showed suspecion as he looked at Sylar/Zane.
According to Mohinder's myspace page (which is part of the heroes360 experience) He states that he is suspecious of Zane and is starting to suspect.

No. He won't figure it out until Peter shows up and tells him what is up. Sooner or later Suresh is going to look for someone on the list Peter knows and that is when he will find out who Sylar is. no telling how many will have to die before that happens.

nope- mohinder's pretty clueless. every episode he's in he's walking around with a dopey look on his face like. he's one of my least favorite characters in the show. at least they stopped dressing him in those tanktops that are for some reason always stained with sweat.

I would sure hope so. It's hard to believe he could be naive enough not to. Still, I guess the desire to find someone who believes like you do could be blinding him.
